Advocacy:

After the loss of my son Karl on his first day at daycare, I became an advocate for universal paid parental leave. Articles I wrote went viral on the New York Times, USA Today, and other platforms. I have appeared on the Today show, CNN, The Kelly File, HuffPo Live, and numerous other outlets and documentaries. I am currently working with UN Women on a campaign with Anne Hathaway to bring paid leave to the US.

HuffPo Live Video about bi-partisan parental leave campaign.
